The People Circle empowers each member to thrive so we can accomplish optimal team performance. Through reflective discussions on team vision, bonding events, and feedback sessions, we forge deeper connections and unlock our collective potential. Next to this, the circle is responsible for the recruitment of new team members so our mission can continue.
Within recruitment, we try to find future members by organizing, for example, recruitment events. Our team is constantly changing and it is important that we transfer information properly and find the right people to continue with our story. Part of the recruitment team is the off- and onboarding of team members. What knowledge do old members have that needs to be transferred to new members and what is the best way to do that?
The bonding cluster is for all the members of the team. Besides working hard to improve your academic skills, a student team is also about having fun with other students. This cluster organizes fun activities to get to know your fellow members a little better. The Bonding cluster encourages everyone in the team to organize an event throughout the year.
The well-being cluster focuses on creating a supportive and healthy work environment for our team members. It keeps an eye on the physical and mental health of team members. We organize coffee dates to check in on the progress and well-being of members individually. Designated “Trust People” are available to reach out to in case of issues. The cluster also manages an anonymous feedback box to provide an alternative communication method, so that we can offer a support system for the team. Quarterly meetings are organized for reflection on team progress and feedback between members.
